Other services

New-build snagging

Bought a new home? We check finishes, fittings, doors, windows, roof and external works, and give you a clear, photo-backed list of defects to send to your developer while they are still responsible for fixing them.

Damp and timber concerns

Worried about damp patches, mould, condensation or timber decay? We inspect independently, explain the likely cause and give practical next steps — without selling you a treatment.

What every survey includes

  • A chartered surveyor on site — the same person who writes your report
  • Free drone roof inspection, weather permitting
  • Key findings by call or text on the day
  • Your RICS report by email, normally within 5 working days
  • Answers to your questions after you have read it

Good to know

  • Surveys are non-invasive: we do not lift fitted floor coverings, move heavy furniture or open up walls
  • A survey is not a mortgage valuation
  • Where something cannot be seen, the report says so and advises on further checks
  • Full details are in our terms of engagement, sent with your invoice
